3. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request.

  • Final pricing may change if job scope, volume, weight, access conditions, or labor requirements differ from the original estimate.

  • Additional charges may apply for excessive weight, hazardous materials, stairs, long carry distances, after-hours service, or special equipment needs.

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
     

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A mandatory deposit is required to secure your service appointment.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved payment methods processed via Jobber or authorized third-party processors.

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all agreed-upon fees.
     

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee and forfeit of the deposit.

  • No-shows or refusal of service upon arrival may result in being charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no penalty.
     

6. Access, Site Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and legal access to the service area.

  • Ensure utilities, elevators, parking, and entry points are available if required.

  • Remove personal valuables, fragile items, legal documents and confidential materials prior to service.

  • Notify us in advance of any hazardous materials, asbestos, biohazards, chemicals, or structural instability.

  • Remove or secure any pets.
     

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service delays, additional charges, or cancellation without refund.
 

7. Hazardous & Prohibited Materials

We do not remove:

  • Asbestos

  • Biohazard or medical waste

  • Explosives, ammunition, or firearms

  • Chemicals, solvents, or flammable liquids

  • Toxic or radioactive materials

You are responsible for proper disposal of prohibited items.
 

8. Property Damage & Liability

  • We take reasonable care while performing services.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed damage, or structural defects.

  • We are not liable for minor surface scratches, dents, or normal wear that may occur during heavy lifting or item removal.

  • Liability for any proven damage caused directly by our negligence is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not exceeding the amount paid for the service.
     

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
     

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with site functionality

  • Upload malicious code

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
